  • Grand Avenue Corridor Eagle, CO

    The Town of Eagle sought to develop a transformational corridor plan to improve mobility, establish a sense of place, and create interconnectivity for the downtown commercial core. Roundabouts were selected for their ability to achieve these goals and accommodate the necessary through traffic along the Grand Avenue corridor.

  • Franklin Blvd. Corridor: 7 Mini-Roundabouts Cleveland, OH

    The City of Cleveland launched a rehabilitation project for Franklin Blvd. that included a series of 7 mini-roundabouts to promote traffic-calming along the corridor.

  • Baldwin Rd. Corridor Orion Township, MI

    The Road Commission of Oakland County needed a solution to improve safety, access, and traffic flow in the corridor along Baldwin Road. The revitalization project includes a 5-roundabout corridor that will be phased. Phase 1 will include the intersections of Baldwin and Judah and Gregory Roads.

  • La Quinta Village Corridor La Quinta, CA

    The Village of La Quinta launched a Complete Streets project that included a series of 5 roundabouts.

  • California Blvd & 1st St. / 2nd St. Napa, CA

    MTJ Roundabout Engineering provided roundabout capacity analysis, horizontal design optimization, signing and pavement marking recommendations, and visualizations for this project as a member of the consulting team led by Omni-Means.

  • Huffman Rd. Corridor Anchorage, AK

    MTJ Engineering provided the roundabout traffic analysis and corridor planning, horizontal design, and design oversight of pavement markings and signage for this series of four roundabouts.

  • STH 78/92 Mount Horeb, WI

    The first roundabout at STH 78/92 opened in 2004, and was the first roundabout in the Wisconsin highway system. It serves as the gateway to the downtown Main Street and provides excellent business access. This constrained urban roundabout posed significant design challenges with horizontal constraints on all four corners and vertical profile issues.

  • Park Ave. (SH 9) Corridor Town of Breckenridge, CO

    The Park Avenue (SH 9) corridor in the heart of Breckenridge, CO, experiences substantial traffic during peak tourist seasons, resulting in congestion and pedestrian safety issues. Park Avenue is an existing two-lane roadway, and widening it was found to be cost-prohibitive. The town sought an innovative solution to improve safety, operations, and transit circulation without widening the roadway.
