MTJ provided capacity analysis and design services for this roundabout, which replaced an existing skewed and offset stop-controlled intersection that was experiencing safety and congestion problems. MTJ’s design allowed the roundabout to accommodate:

-Large trucks

-Existing business access

-Pedestrian safety

The constrained context due to the existing infrastructure and buildings informed the design of this compact, single-lane roundabout.
