MTJ Roundabout Engineering was responsible for this project's analysis, horizontal design, and public outreach support. MTJ’s context-sensitive solution provides the city with excellent redevelopment opportunities through improved traffic flow and safety, as well as improved pedestrian facilitation and business access management.
