    The Road Commission for Oakland County needed a solution to improve safety, access and traffic flow at this busy intersection, and MTJ was retained to provide roundabout peer review services.

  • SUMMARY

    MTJ conducted an operational analysis and developed the optimized/corrective horizontal redesign for this constrained intersection. Improvements included:

    Driver messaging and information processing

    Speed control – to effect driver behavior and influence slower speeds
