MTJ Engineering's Mark Johnson, serving as a sub-consultant to R.A. Smith, provided the Rodel capacity analysis and final horizontal designs for this complex system of roundabouts with single to three-lane entry roundabouts which serve as primary access to the newly developing 'Pabst Farms' mixed use residential, retail shopping, and office development.
